Privacy policy

Beautiful UI ("we") runs Beautiful UI. We collect as little as we can and never sell your data.

What we collect

  • Email address, when you sign in, buy, or join the list. Used to deliver your license, sign-in links, receipts and, if you joined the list, occasional product emails.
  • Purchase records: plan, amount, date and payment identifiers. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record (the seller of record for your purchase), which collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. Card details never reach us.
  • Registry usage: which Pro Items your token downloaded and when, to prevent token sharing. Kept while your license is active.
  • Technical logs: IP address and user agent in server logs, kept for up to 30 days for security.

Why we use it

To deliver what you bought and sign you in (performing our contract with you), to prevent fraud and token sharing (our legitimate interest), to keep records tax law requires (legal obligation), and to send product emails only if you joined the list (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Cookies

One essential cookie keeps you signed in. Theme and accent preferences are stored in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.

Processors

  • Dodo Payments (payments, billing and tax, as Merchant of Record)
  • Resend (email delivery)
  • Cloudflare (hosting, email routing and bot protection)
  • Neon (database)

Some of these processors store data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time by emailing support@beautiful-ui.dev. We reply within one month. We keep purchase records as long as tax law requires. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Age

Beautiful UI is for people aged 16 and over.

Unsubscribe

Every product email has an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (receipts, sign-in links) are always sent.
